We have two great youth leaders in our church, Suzanne Kane and Deb Hanlon. They are great because they are encouraging our youth to make a difference. And they are stepping up to the plate.
They went to the march for life in DC where they used their voice to fight for those who’s voice has been taken.
They also have been doing homeless ministry in Newport. The first one was a vision from a few of the youth to do something different. Other groups do things for the homeless but it seems they do it one time here and there and there is such a need for more. They went to help keep the homeless warm. The second time they went was this past Sunday because they were so blessed by hanging out with the people they wanted to go and share lunch with them. The youth talk to them about their lives and about Jesus, they ask them to come to church, they ask them about their lives and how they got to be homeless, they pray for them and they remember their names. Our youth hug them, sit next to them, and hold thier hands because noone usually want to do that- they are representing Christ to these people.
This Faithfulness turns to favor. God’s name is glorified and lives are being changed!

Ash Wednesday is coming up and it is the first day of lent. Most people go and have no clue why they are.
The word says we came from dust and to dust we will go. This day we are “marked” as a symbol not only of this but also of Christianity 101. God is God and we are not.
so we reflect on our sin and our need for Jesus to save us.
We commit to taking up our cross and remembering it is only because of jesus that we have breath in our lungs.
Our ash Wednesday service is at 7PM
We hope to see you then and know this…We all have fallen short of the glory of God, but by his grace we ARE saved!
Welcome to the newly improved Lifepath Church website.
There is still some dust settling and some content that needs to be added, but we think this site will make it even easier for people to get the info they need and be able to interact even more.
We encourage you to browse around and subscribe to the RSS feed if you can.
The sermon page and audio will be back up soon. We are trying to make that work better for everybody.
Thanks,
